On your command, the helper saves a job posting, reads application question labels, or fills approved answers and contact details on supported direct Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby forms. It never clicks Submit. Review all fields before submitting yourself.
Employer pages are accessed when you click a helper action. A bridge runs on Prospect and configured local development addresses to transfer questions and approved kits, and invalidate kits when your account or answers change. It does not track browsing history.
Saving a job sends posting text and its URL to Prospect's parsing API, which uses Anthropic. Reading questions transfers labels, field types, options, and the posting URL to the Prospect workspace. Sending an approved kit transfers approved answers and your contact profile into local extension storage. Filling inserts matching values into the employer page; that employer may receive entered values under its own policies.
The extension stores one approved kit, pending captured questions, the selected Prospect address, and an account identifier in browser extension local storage. It does not store your Prospect session token or AI API key. Kits expire for filling after 24 hours; use Clear saved kit in the popup to remove a kit and pending questions. Prospect preparation drafts are stored on this device by account, with export/import backup. Existing account resume and submitted application features use Prospect's account sync.
When you request AI preparation in Prospect, your resume, job details, and supplied answer facts are sent to Prospect's server and model provider to produce suggestions. Approve and review generated material before using it. The extension has no analytics or advertising trackers.
